ARM: berlin: prepare simple-mfd/syscon conversion of sys/chip ctrl nodes The chip and system controller nodes will be handled by simple-mfd based driver probing. Prepare the conversion by adding "simple-mfd" and "syscon" compatibles to the corresponding nodes.
