6c15b327ccbMakefile: fix build with make 3.80 againAccording to Documentation/Changes, make 3.80 is still being supported for building the kernel, hence make files must not make (unconditional) use of features introduced only in newer versions. Commit 8779657d29c0 ("stackprotector: Introduce CONFIG_CC_STACKPROTECTOR_STRONG") however introduced an "else ifdef" construct which make 3.80 doesn't understand. f3713fd9cffipc,mqueue: remove limits for the amount of system-wide queuesCommit 93e6f119c0ce ("ipc/mqueue: cleanup definition names and locations") added global hardcoded limits to the amount of message queues that can be created. While these limits are per-namespace, reality is that it ends up breaking userspace applications. Historically users have, at least in theory, been able to create up to INT_MAX queues, and limiting it to just 1024 is way too low and drama...
