ALSA: virtuoso: handle D2X/DX dynamically The Xonar D2X and DX are very similar to the D2 and D1, respectively, so we can handle the differences dynamically instead of using a separate model structure for each one. Signed-off-by: Clemens Ladisch <clemens@ladisch.de>
