sh: Disable GENERIC_HARDIRQS_NO__DO_IRQ for unconverted platforms. Presently limited to Cayman, Dreamcast, Microdev, and SystemH 7751. Re-enable it for everyone once these have been fixed up. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
