mlx4_core: Delete incorrect comment The comment about a "Conditional on hca_type" was cut-and-pasted from the mthca driver, and doesn't apply to mlx4 (since only one type of HCA is handled by mlx4). So just delete it. Signed-off-by: Roland Dreier <rolandd@cisco.com>
