GFS2: Remove ignore_local_fs mount argument This is been a no-op for a very long time now. I'm pretty sure nobody uses it, but just in case we'll still accept it on the command line, but ignore it. Signed-off-by: Steven Whitehouse <swhiteho@redhat.com>
