ALSA: hda - Remove superfluous external amp setup for ALC888 We had a fixed external amp setup enabled for ALC888, but this seems unnecessary. The amps are controlled rather by GPIOs. Let's remove it now. Signed-off-by: Takashi Iwai <tiwai@suse.de>
