[IA64] Fix uniprocessor build w.r.t. SGI_XP and SGI_GRU The SGI XP and GRU drivers only work on SMP systems ... the Kconfig file only disallowed them for non-SMP X86. Signed-off-by: Tony Luck <tony.luck@intel.com>
