ALSA: Move ALSA docbooks to be with the rest of the kernel docbooks Move ALSA docbooks to be with the rest of the kernel docbooks and add them to the Makefile so that they build. Latter required a few minor changes to alsa .tmpl files. (I did not remove all of the trailing whitespace in the .tmpl files.)
