sh: Bump MAX_ACTIVE_REGIONS for SH7785. When using URAM in NUMA mode another active region is needed. Bump this up so we don't trigger the region truncation in add_active_range(). Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
