fbdev: sh_mobile_meram: Fix MExxCTL register save on runtime PM suspend To reset the ICB on resume the MExxCTL register needs to be OR'ed with MExxCTL_WBF | MExxCTL_WF | MExxCTL_RF, no set to that value.
