KVM: vmx: disable posted interrupts if no local APIC Uniprocessor 32-bit randconfigs can disable the local APIC, and posted interrupts require reserving a vector on the LAPIC, so they are incompatible. Signed-off-by: Paolo Bonzini <pbonzini@redhat.com>
