[PATCH] skge: handle Tx/Rx arbiter timeout Need to handle receive and transmit packet arbiter timeouts. Transmit arbiter timeouts happens when Gigabit sends to 100Mbit port on same switch and pause occurs. Signed-off-by: Stephen Hemminger <shemminger@osdl.org>
