[POWERPC] Only allow building of BootX text support on PPC_MULTIPLATFORM BootX text code is only supported on systems with real OF at this point which is PPC_OF && PPC_MULTIPLATFORM. Signed-off-by: Kumar Gala <galak@kernel.crashing.org>
