KVM: SVM: Intercept the 'invd' and 'wbinvd' instructions 'invd' can destroy host data, and 'wbinvd' allows the guest to induce long (milliseconds) latencies. Noted by Ben Serebrin. Signed-off-by: Avi Kivity <avi@qumranet.com>
