[Bluetooth] Send HCI_Reset for Kensington dongle The Kensington Bluetooth USB adapter is based on a Broadcom chip with the HID proxy support. To initialize these kind of devices correctly it is necessary to send HCI_Reset as the first command. Signed-off-by: Marcel Holtmann <marcel@holtmann.org>
