sh: arch/sh/kernel/setup.c needs asm/smp.h. With the platform ops migration, the definitions still need to be included in the CONFIG_SMP=n case, so make the asm/smp.h include explicit. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
