Merge branch 'lwtunnel-encap-local' Robert Shearman says: ==================== lwtunnel: encap locally-generated ipv4 packets Locally-generated IPv4 packets, such as from applications running on the host or traceroute/ping currently don't have lwtunnel output redirected encap applied.
