staging:iio:adc:max1363 cleanup regulator handling. For historical reasons the regulator handling was a little clunky. This patch brings it inline with a more standard ordering wrt to allocation of the iio_device. Signed-off-by: Jonathan Cameron <jic23@kernel.org>
