ENGR00271566 usb: otg: comment otg_statemachine which we do not need We have not implemented fully OTG support, so we can't call otg_statemachine since the state machine may incorrect at current dual-role switch design. At existed code, it will call otg_statemachine, in fact, it doesn't need. Besides, it causes one kernel dump at Sabreauto board due to it calls gpio API at spin lock, but at Sabreauto board the USB power GPIO is expanded by MAX7310 which calls i2c read/write and will schedule itself.
