MLK-16571-4: lpspi: support nor chip access from lpspi i.MX8QM connects the AT45DB041E nor chip to lpspi, change the lpspi driver to request irq before bitbang starts, add both ipg and per clock for i.MX8QM and add gpio cs to keep the cs asserted during nor access.
