ENGR00255920-2 mxc vout:wait for 2 vsyncs when streamoff Some expiring video buffers may have been rendered to display triple buffers for display. The relevant triple buffers are set to be ready and depend on the display hardware engine to switch them to be active on screen in turn automatically. So, we need to wait for at least 2 vsyncs to make sure all of the expiring video buffers be shown on display already.
