ALSA: usb-audio: Add a quirk for Plantronics BT600 [ Upstream commit 2e40795c3bf344cfb5220d94566205796e3ef19a ] Plantronics BT600 does not support reading the sample rate which leads to many lines of "cannot get freq at ep 0x1" and "cannot get freq at ep 0x82". This patch adds the USB ID of the BT600 to quirks.c and avoids those error messages.
