KVM: PPC: Add papr_enabled flag When running a PAPR guest, some things change. The privilege level drops from hypervisor to supervisor, SDR1 gets treated differently and we interpret hypercalls. For bisectability sake, add the flag now, but only enable it when all the support code is there. Signed-off-by: Alexander Graf <agraf@suse.de>
