MLK-16359-3: Added i.MX8 CAST IP JPEG Encoder/Decoder Linux V4L2 driver v2 mxc-jpeg driver creates two v4l2 file handles in /dev/ which allows them to be used by v4l2 programs. Supports encode and decode of various formats.
