ixgbe: invalidate FCoE DDP context when no error status is available The hw automatically invalidates the context if DDP is successful or there is error detected. In case there is no error status available from the hw, initializing the per context error status to be 1 allows the DDP context to be still invalidated via the upper layer call to ddp_put().
