arm: kconfig: enable SMP for MSM targets This just adds ARCH_MSM_SCORPIONMP to allow SMP selection for MSM. MSM is unique in that it doesn't enable SCU or TWD. Signed-off-by: Daniel Walker <dwalker@codeaurora.org>
