[MIPS] IP27: Don't destroy interrupt routing information on shutdown irq. This fixes the "not syncing: Could not identify cpu/level ..." panic when a PCI irq is requested the second time. Signed-off-by: Ralf Baechle <ralf@linux-mips.org>
