[PARISC] Convert sba_iommu.c to use seq_file Use seq_file interface for proc output in sba_iommu. Also clean up the bus root assignment, and give the proc files a more logical name. Tested on my J6000. Signed-off-by: Kyle McMartin <kyle@parisc-linux.org>
