sh: pci: Prefer P1SEG over P1SEGADDR for CONFIG_CMD. P1SEGADDR is obsolete and will be killed off completely in the future, so transition off of it and reference P1SEG explicitly. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
