ENGR00217621-02 - SPDC : fix build error enable both SPDC and EPDC - Add early param to select SPDC module, which can enable SPDC and EPDC modules build in kernel. Fix the build error because they both modules use the same gobal varaible. Signed-off-by: Fugang Duan <B38611@freescale.com>
