[ARM] pxa: remove MMC register defines from pxa-regs.h pxamci.h redefines the MMC registers differently so they can be used with ioremap. Remove the incompatible definitions from pxa-regs.h. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
