sh: select HAVE_HW_BREAKPOINT for all SUPERH32 CPUs. All SH CPUs (with the exception of sh64) support the UBC, so select HW_BREAKPOINT support by default. This fixes up the build for non-SH4A targets. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
