OMAP: DSS2: Use dss_features to handle DISPC bits removed on OMAP4 DISPC_CONFIG bits LCDENABLEPOL, LCDENABLESIGNAL, PCKFREEENABLE and FUNCGATED have been removed from OMAP4, use dss_features to handle them correctly.
