V4L/DVB (5229): Gl861: use qt1010_tuner_attach function from qt1010.h The gl861_tuner_attach function is not specific to this device. This patch removes gl861_tuner_attach, and replaces it with qt1010_tuner_attach from the qt1010 header file.
