MLK-12893 dma-engine: pxp: correct histogram setting - HIST_A as collision, need set to 1 for wfb_store - WFE-A flag0~3 changed to WFE-B flag4~7 on i.MX6ULL This patch fixes the collision issue and some part of updated region can not display with auto waveform mode.
