MA-9483 [#imx-495] Refine android native fence code to match 4.9 kernel Android native fence implement changed in 4.9 kernel, sync.* files have been removed from drivers/staging/android in 4.9 kernel, do the matched change to use sync_file/fence in GPU driver.
