USB: serial: ftdi_sio: add PIDs for Ivium Technologies devices [ Upstream commit 6977495c06f7f47636a076ee5a0ca571279d9697 ] Ivium Technologies uses the FTDI VID with custom PIDs for their line of electrochemical interfaces and the PalmSens they developed for PalmSens BV.
