xtensa: Update platform files to reflect new location of the header files. Change 367b8112fe2ea5c39a7bb4d263dcdd9b612fae18 moved the platform specific header files to arch/xtensa/platforms/<platform>/include/platform. These two file weren't updated. Signed-off-by: Chris Zankel <chris@zankel.net>
