Blackfin: rename Blackfin relocs according to the toolchain The latest Blackfin toolchain has fixed its relocation scheme to match other ports: always use R_BFIN_ prefix and capitalize everything. This brings the kernel in line with those fixes. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
