amd-iommu: consolidate hardware initialization to one function This patch restructures the AMD IOMMU initialization code to initialize all hardware registers with one single function call. This is helpful for suspend/resume support. Signed-off-by: Joerg Roedel <joerg.roedel@amd.com>
