sh: Don't enable clockevents broadcasting on UP SH-X3 builds. Fixes up compile errors with missing timer definitions. It's pointless to have this enabled anyways if CONFIG_SMP=n. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
