lguest: cleanup passing of /dev/lguest fd around example launcher. We hand the /dev/lguest fd everywhere; it's far neater to just make it a global (it already is, in fact, hidden in the waker_fds struct). Signed-off-by: Rusty Russell <rusty@rustcorp.com.au>
