sh: Enable new TMU driver support for all SH-3 and SH-4 CPUs. The TMU block is supported on all SH-3 and SH-4 subtypes, so just select it there, rather than conditionalizing it per subtype. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
