sh: mach-migor: Kill off unused Migo-R machvec. This kills off the special Migo-R machvec, as nothing is using it. By default this will switch to using the generic machvec, which provides the same functionality. This saves us a bit of space in the machvec section. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
