ALSA: hda - Fix IDT92HD83* codec setup Remove unnecessary (and buggy) init sequences left for IDT92HD83* codecs in the previous fixes. The DACs are now dynamically connected, thus shouldn't be set statically in init verbs. Also, the mono_nid is detected dynamically, thus shouldn't be set staticaly, too.
