SUNRPC: Ensure that sunrpc gets initialised before nfs, lockd, etc... We can oops if rpc_pipefs isn't properly initialised before we start to set up objects that depend upon it. Signed-off-by: Trond Myklebust <Trond.Myklebust@netapp.com>
