sh: hw-breakpoints: Kill off stub unthrottle callback. This follows the x86 change and kills off the unthrottle stub. As the x86 change killed off the generic callback it isn't used anymore anyways. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
