ASoC: bells: Add WM0010 support The Bells system can take a WM0010 as well as a CODEC - assume there's one present by default. While we're at it stop using magic numbers for the DAIs for readability. Signed-off-by: Mark Brown <broonie@opensource.wolfsonmicro.com>
