ENGR00170897 [MX6]Enable WAIT mode by default NFS can work with WAIT mode only if the NFS use TCPIP protoco, in order to test more features of WAIT mode, we enable it by default and make sure NFS is using TCPIP protocol. Signed-off-by: Anson Huang <b20788@freescale.com>
